Rules for Using the Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of ProxyElite.Info and any related software, services, and documentation we provide (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you confirm that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

1. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract with ProxyElite.Info. By using our Services, you affirm that you meet these criteria.

2. Service Rules

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (i) copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the Service in any medium; (ii) transmitting spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited email; (iii) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service; (iv) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure or that of any target website; (v) uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other malicious software agents through the Service; (vi) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Service; (vii) impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity, conducting fraud, hiding or attempting to hide your identity; (viii) interfering with the proper working of the Service; (ix) accessing any content on the Service through any technology or means other than those provided or authorized by the Service; (x) bypassing measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service, including without limitation features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of the Service or the content therein; (xiii) reselling or redistributing the Service (unless explicitly agreed otherwise with ProxyElite.Info); (xiv) using the Service to attempt security breaches (e.g., accessing any server, network, host or account which you are not authorized to access); (xv) using the Service to attempt disruptions of internet communications (e.g., denial of service attack); (xvi) using the Service for the purposes of ticket-buying bots, ad frauds, or to collect data that is not publicly available or otherwise protected due to its sensitivity; or (xvii) using the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, Terms of Service/Terms of Use, or third-party rights. You agree to provide complete ID verification if ProxyElite.Info suspects any of the above prohibited activities are being conducted by your account. Failure to complete ID verification will result in account suspension.

2.1 Complaint Handling Fee

Introduction: Our company is committed to providing high-quality services and strictly adheres to the law. We firmly oppose any illegal actions or violations of our service terms.

Complaint Handling Fee: Due to the increase in administrative procedures and investigation of complaints, starting from January 22, 2024, we will charge a fee of $30 for processing each complaint related to the violation of our rules. This fee is not a “buyout” from violations and is intended solely to cover the costs of processing and investigation.

Complaint Processing Procedure: After receiving a complaint, we will conduct a comprehensive investigation to determine the facts and appropriate actions. The client will be notified of the complaint and given the opportunity to comment and explain.

Payment: An invoice for the complaint processing will be issued after the investigation is completed. Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the invoice. And only after payment, the service will be unblocked (if possible and not contrary to our rules).

Serious or Repeated Violations: In the case of serious violations or multiple complaints about the actions of a client, we reserve the right to suspend or completely terminate the provision of services to that client. Our company strictly follows the principles of legality and does not tolerate violations of the conditions of use of our services. In such cases of serious or repeated violations, no refunds will be provided for the services already rendered or for the complaint handling fees incurred. We emphasize the importance of adhering to our service terms to maintain a fair and lawful service environment.

Exceptions and Provisos: Under certain circumstances, at the discretion of our company, a decision may be made to exempt from the complaint processing fee, especially if the client actively cooperates and takes measures to prevent future incidents.

3. Refund Policy

ProxyElite.Info offers a guaranteed 24-hour money-back guarantee from the time of purchase. This refund will be processed in the same manner as the original form of payment. In order to initiate a refund, please reach out to our Customer Service Team.

Please note, we diligently monitor the number of refund requests. In instances of excessive refund requests, specifically more than three within a single month, ProxyElite.Info reserves the right to refuse the refund request.

Beyond the 24-hour window, customers may cancel their order. Refunds under these circumstances will be provided as a credit for unused funds on your internal balance. Order cancellations are permitted once every three days. This option can be accessed in your personal panel.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the proxies you have purchased, we encourage you to contact our Technical Support Team to process your refund.

By purchasing any product or service from ProxyElite.Info, you are agreeing to the terms set out in this Refund Policy.

Additional Clause on Violations: Please be aware that in cases of complaints or violations of our terms of service, refunds are not available. If an account is found to be in breach of our rules, either through serious or repeated violations, no refund will be provided for the services already rendered or for the complaint handling fees incurred. This policy is in place to ensure fair use and adherence to our legal and operational standards.

4. Limitations

4.1 Limitations Speed

The company provides unlimited traffic for all tariff plans unless otherwise specified in the terms. However, speed restrictions are in place depending on the number of IP addresses:

• From 1 to 3,000 IP: 500 Mbps
• From 3,000 to 5,000 IP: 1 Gbps
• From 5,000 to 15,000 IP: 1.5 Gbps
• From 15,000 to 25,000 IP: 2.5 Gbps
• Over 25,000 IP: 5 Gbps

The company reserves the right to suspend the service if these limits are exceeded. To upgrade your speed, please contact technical support; an additional fee will apply.

4.2 Limitations Connections

In addition to the above, the following stream limits apply:

• Up to 999 IPs: 600 simultaneous connections.
• From 1,000 to 4,999 IPs: The number of simultaneous connections is 3 times the number of IPs in your package.
• From 5,000 to 14,999 IPs: The number of simultaneous connections is 2 times the number of IPs in your package.
• From 15,000 IPs and above: The connection limit equals the number of IPs in your package.

5. User Accounts

You may need to register for an account to access certain features or functions of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities associated with your account. ProxyElite.Info is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services lawfully and not to violate any laws, regulations, or the rights of others while using our Services. You are expressly prohibited from using our Services for any illicit or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distributing malware or other harmful code.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to our Services, including any intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of ProxyElite.Info and its licensors.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we’ll make the updated Terms available on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use our Services after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your right to access or use our Services, and to block or prevent your future access to and use of our Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any action related to them will be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. By using ProxyElite.Info, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts for resolving any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

12. Prohibited Activities

We actively monitor the use of our services to ensure compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal Activities: Engaging in any activity that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and unauthorized access to data.

Harmful Content: Hosting, transmitting, or distributing content that promotes violence, hate speech, harassment, or discrimination.

Malware and Exploits: Distributing malicious software, viruses, or engaging in activities that compromise the security of any network, device, or system.

Spamming and Phishing: Using the services for unsolicited bulk communication or deceptive practices designed to obtain sensitive information.

Unauthorized Use: Attempting to exploit or access the infrastructure beyond the intended use, including activities such as DDoS attacks or other disruptive practices.

13. Monitoring and Enforcement

Our team continuously monitors hosting services for any signs of prohibited activities. In the event of a suspected violation, we reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate the offending user account without prior notice.

Report the activity to relevant authorities as required by law.

Take any additional action deemed necessary to prevent harm to our services or others.

By using our services, you agree to abide by these rules and understand the consequences of violating them.
